ILOPSYS stands for International, Local, Organizational and Personal Systems… because we are convinced that transformational and developmental processes occur simultaneously at this four levels and they influence each other in a systemic way.
We believe that individuals have a natural inclination towards development, with a high learning and creativity potential to grow and lead positive changes. When we all grow, there is nothing more powerful than the activation of collective intelligence.
Social changes often require active collaboration among key stakeholders from the government, academia, business, and the nonprofit world. Every action, even if tiny, can have a great impact on the whole system.
We choose the systemic approach because it enables diverse stakeholders to see the “big picture” clearly, invest themselves and strengthen their commitment.
